"Unrelated"? Three shootings in three days - all "unrelated". What a strange story. A trillionth trillionth of a second is really fast - this story gives "inflation" a new meaning. The English (rather, the British, thank you Tony) are so civilized - the Royal Navy takes fags, and seems to be "cohesive", why does America remain in the dark ages?

you say.
why does America remain in the dark ages?
heres one EXAMPLE. .

Last week in Annapolis at a hearing on the proposedConstitutional Amendment to prohibit gay marriage, Jamie Raskin,
professor of law at American University, was requested to testify.

He did so. At the end of his testimony, a right-wing senator queried: "Mr Raskin, my Bible says marriage is only between a man & a woman. Whatdo you have to say about that?"Raskin: "Senator, when you took your oath of office, you placed your hand on the Bible and swore to uphold the Constitution. You did not place your hand on the Constitution and swear to uphold the Bible."
The room erupted into applause

Well. That same Bible he used to take his oath also says that in order to obey the rules in heaven you first need to obey the rules on earth. In other words, if Earth law decides to give more rights to Gay and Lesbians, any Christian needs to respect the law. It's ironic how people take the Bible in chunks and try to apply it towards their benefit. My opinion, US Senators need to have gay sons and daughters to see how horrible it is to live hiding in the dark. Maybe the will open their infected eyes and understand.
