NO, THAT IS NOT HIS HALF BROTHER. HIS HALF BROTHER IS SHORTER THAN HIM, HAS LONGISH HAIR AND IS 25 YEARS OLD. THE MAN IN THE PICTURE WITH R.MARTIN IS SUPPOSED TO BE HIS TRAINER_LOVER.... SO WHAT IF IT IS?
The guy in the picture is a trainer... I went to college with him in Miami. His name is Manny. He's a very sweet guy and we would always wonder WHY he didn't really date much since he looked like THAT. I always had a major crush on him. Tragically, he ended up being gay like so many good looking, well groomed men these days are.

photo taken in the french riviera last new years was all over france and they stated personal trainner, But .. come on we all take or personal trainners to the beach specially if they lok like that. i remeber there were more of them in a much more closer and playfull situation.

Is crazy the way people judge other people, specially gays. The guy in the picture is not his brother, his brother is not that tall. Besides, Manny is really gay, because I personally know him and I know his gay couple too. (is not Ricky). Now Ricky is not gay but he is a very open mind person and he doesn't discriminate, he is a very friendly person. The fact that he is hanging out with a gay doesn't mean he is. Anyway for the records that day was a group of people at the beach not just Manny and Ricky.
